Simple information to make your BTS purchase easy from order to pickup or shipping.

📍 Pickup

Port Moresby pickup:
Collect your order from our stall at the Waigani / ANZ Compound Carpark Markets.

Thursday–Sunday
9:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. weekly.

Outside Port Moresby:
Shipping is available. Shipping fees will be confirmed with you before payment, based on the destination and order.

Please confirm your order and collection or shipping arrangements with BTS on WhatsApp.

💳 Payment

We accept cash and bank transfers made through SMS or internet banking.

For bank transfers, please show your transaction receipt or confirmation when collecting your order so we can verify payment quickly.

↩ Returns & Refunds

Changed your mind? Eligible items may be returned provided they are unused, undamaged and free from stains.

Approved returns receive a 90% refund of the purchase price. A 10% handling fee is retained to help cover the administration and processing involved in the return.
